Patek Philippe 1559R, 18 Karat rose gold large rectangular watch measuring 39 x 23 mm with original rose salmon dial, raised rose gold indexes and hands. The watch was made in 1947 and is fitted with a 9" 90 caliber movement # 839318 / 645636. The case has not been polished with original crystal, original crown strong hallmarks. The watch is accompanied with its original certificate of origin, Patek vintage buckle, original spring bars, and an extract from the archives.
