Offered here is Kirk’s official model Epiphone Flying V guitar, signed by him on the body in silver felt tip, adding the year "2023" and "PMD." This was autographed in-person at a signing that actually made its way onto Metallica’s Instagram page. Included here is a small clip & photo. The in person collector who obtained this piece notes he "asked him to add “Posers Must Die!” (It was a term used back in the day here in the Bay Area). He laughed and added the PMD for short. He proceeded to tell me that PMD was the “official code” back in the early club days." In fine condition, the guitar is brand new / never played. A unique and sought-after Hammett guitar.
