Overall fair condition commensurate with age. Painting has minor loss throughout and two long scratches near center and upper right of scene, a smaller loss near the lower right, and what appears to be a water stain near center. Frame is structurally sound but has minor losses throughtout and larger losses in the lower left and upper right corners as well as lower right near the artist signature.
