American, circa 1920s. Both sides of the cab bear a sticker for "Schaefer - Cleveland" (one partial), with the roof of the cab bearing "THE SEAL OF THE SECRETARY STATE OF OHIO", the silver tanker on back a liquor dispenser with spigot to the back panel, flanked by wooden ledges with a total of twelve recessed areas for shot glasses (included), "White" to the front grill and running boards, rubber on the metal wheels.
