19th/20th century, Qing dynasty. Stained hardwood carved figures within a tree and pavilion-filled landscape on the drop-leaf with automatic supports. Two front drawers carved to depict pavilions in landscapes, above aprons carved with bats, a medallion and foliate imagery. Legs are carved in the form of female beauties, with a support brace to match the aprons. Interior cabinetry to hold stationary. Approx. 41 3/4 by 36 by 16 1/2 in., 106 by 91.5 by 42 cm.
