Olive green cotton suspension vest with button frontal closure and side buckles for adjustment. Contains contour fitted metal plates to protect wearer from small caliber gunfire. Hang tag indicates vest was captured on kwajalein in WWII. Also, brief information photocopy explaining its purpose. VERY RARE! Fair condition. Small panel removed from the back which may have been done for ventilation. Minor rust spots, larger hole on lower right side. Given the rarity these are very minor concerns.
