Large Carved Walnut Console Table. 3 drawer table stands on 8 legs, carved crest, front cabriole legs are carved at the knee with hanging flowers, filigree and scrolled feet, rear corner cabriole are smooth carved, top edge has filigree carving at the corners; center drawer has a large carved shell form with flowers and filigree, the side drawers have basket woven carved drawer fronts, long slide out work surfaces on the sides. Has 3 sets of crossed serpentine stretchers with a large turned and carved floral basket finial on the center stretcher. Nice condition, enhanced original brown finish, c.1890-1910. Measures 53 in. high x 77 in. wide x 26 in. deep.
