Anthony writes, in full, 'That the majority of the men of New York may vote for woman's enfranchisement of the women of the state at the election of Nov. 6. 1894 - is the Hope of yours sincerely'. Some very light age wear, one extremely small hole, just affecting one letter of text, and with a neat split to the right edge of one fold, only very slightly affecting three words of text.
