Framed oil on canvas attributed to / manner of Hermann Corrodi (Italy, 1844-1905). The Egyptian scene painting depicts figures in a sailboat on the Nile River. The canvas measures 30" x 60". Framed measurement 37.5" x 67.5". Unsigned. CONDITION NOTE: unrepaired hole in canvas approximately 1" x .5". Some scratching and minor paint losses, see photos.
Provenance Note: Given to Consignor's father, Dr. Theodore Rickenbacher from the Frye Museum in Seattle, as a gift from Mrs. Emma Frye, who had been a patient of Dr. Rickenbacher.
