British School (First Quarter 19th Century), "Portrait of a Dandy in a White Cravat", oil on canvas, unsigned, 30-1/2" x 25-1/2". In an antique giltwood frame with oval fillet.

Condition

In overall very good condition. A patch repair en verso, mid-right with corresponding inpainting. Scattered craquelure. Inpainting fillers proper left forehead and cheek, left shoulder, a few scattered areas along the lapels, bottom right, a few areas upper edge and background. Surface soiling.
