Rita Prezament Briansky did etchings to illustrate a 1972 publication of William Shakespeare's Sonnets. She also illustrated The Polution Reader, published in 1968. Briansky took her art training at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts with Jacques de Tonnancour; with Alexandre Bercovitch; at the Ecole des Beaux Arts of Montreal; and the Art Students League of New York.
