DESCRIPTION: Redwork quilt commemorating the members of the Church of Christ in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania organized January 6, 1907 as marked to center of quilt along with embroidered picture of the church. Surrounded by blocks of groups within the church with members listed and various images including the Loyal Builders Class, Church Board, Loyal Women's Bible Class, and more. Embroidery done by Mrs. Sarah Moffitt aged 79 years and dated May 5th, 1930. MEASUREMENTS: 75" x 91". CONDITION: Light uniform toning. Some areas of darker toning.
