Original slate. No water rings or stains. No chips or cracks. Light to moderate surface scratches, scuffs and abrasions. Original finish. No losses to the surface decoration. The back is finished. Light wear consistent with age and use over time. Dent to front left corner of base. Abrasions and surface wear to the lower third of the base. There is a gap at the top of the right door; the right side hinge appears to have been lowered. We can have the hinge moved up -- please contact us for a quote. The hinges and magnetic closures work well. One shelf to interior. The handles have been replaced; they were fabricated by Dorsey Reading. Sturdy and structurally sound.
