Mankiewicz, Ranald MacDougall and Sidney Buchman and starring Elizabeth Taylor as Cleopatra. Plot summary: Beginning in the year 48 B.C. Cleopatra forms strategic alliances, first with Caesar, [Rex Harrison], whom she uses to secure the banishment of her rival brother Ptolemy, [Richard O'Sullivan] and then with Mark Antony [Richard Burton] after Caesar's assassination in 44 B.C.
