There are 25 mechanically printed color photo illustrations--each attached to its individual page (including one on the cover). Note that the approximate size of each color illustration is 6-1/2" x 8-1/2" (with the exception of one larger panoramic fold-out view). There is also a title page, map page, and two pages with printed text which explain the views. Approximate booklet size is 9-1/2" x 12-1/4". Condition: Front cover is detached. Covers are in poor condition with soiling, staining, edge wear including paper loss and tears. Overall pages have light soiling and staining, occasional surface scuffs and edge wear including light creases. Notice the large tear to image of San Jacinto Mountain (see scans).
