Made by Edward Marshall Boehm. Signed in script on the foot of the Stallion by Boehm. Glazed Porcelain Decorated. Dapple, glazed with pink and blue ribbon. Rare and early, very important horse made by Mr Boehm. Studio Mark: 201. Featured in the reference book "The Porcelain Art of Edward Marshall Boehm" by Reece Palley. Mr. Boehm was known for his horse figurines, some of the first sculptures ever made by him. This is a very important horse figurine, rare and early creaed by him. Painted, hand-created by the master of porcelain arts - Edward Marshall Boehm.
