Item Details

Description

A pair of antique cast iron pieces, including a handled broiler grill and handled ribbed griddle, Gate Marked. They were likely originally designed for cooking over a wood stove or open hearth, with ribbed channels to drain fat into a trough with a spout for emptying. Quite attractive pair, which could be hung by handles as a decorative element.

Dimensions are 3.5 in x 14 in x 10.5 in (griddle) and 1.5 in x 14 in x 14 in (broiler). Condition is good, with minor surface wear and rust. Please call or email for a detailed condition report.
