If your winning bids cannot be shipped in-house, the buyer is responsible for all aspects of shipping, including gathering estimates, arranging for pickup and shipment, and obtaining shipping insurance. We may assist in gathering third-party quotes and arranging shipments, but we take no responsibility for any acts or omissions involving third-party pickup, packaging, and shipment of lots. Payment is required within three days following the sale. The buyer agrees to pay the hammer price plus the buyer’s premium. All items are sold "AS IS," with no returns or reimbursements under any circumstances. By participating in online bidding, bidders acknowledge they have read, reviewed, and agreed to these terms and conditions and agree to abide by applicable laws. The auction is conducted under these terms and conditions, with representations of lots provided as guidance only. All lots are sold as is, with no representations of age, condition, or description. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid, withdraw, or pass any lot at their discretion. The highest bidder, as determined by the auction house, is responsible for paying the hammer price, buyer’s premium, and applicable sales tax. Ownership of lots transfers only when funds have cleared the auction house's account. All sales are final, and buyers have ten days to remove lots from the auction house facility, after which a $5 per day storage fee applies. The auction house may relist and sell lots accruing storage fees exceeding the hammer price plus the buyer’s premium. Shipping and safe delivery are the buyer’s responsibility. Buyers via LiveAuctioneers will have an automatic sales tax charge based on their location. Local buyers may pay and pick up in person, with a $15 handling fee for local pickup. We will add 15% handling fees to all shipping costs

If you have not contacted OC Antique Auction to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
