Rococo Period Giltwood Armchair, circa 1765, possibly south German, with elaborate blooming rose and laurel carved crest rail above a shaped back with down swept acanthus carved arms, the shaped seat above undulating rose-embellished seat rail on exaggerated rose-carved cabriole legs. 35.5" H x 23" W x 19" D; seat: 17" H.
