05.06.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 1227: Upon careful visual and UV examination, I note that the vase is presently intact and structurally sturdy, standing comfortably against flat display surface, the rim of the mouth and vase contours remain smooth, there is a small, isolated area of minor chips just below the signature at the foot ring commensurate with use, and  I do not observe further chipping, evidence of fractures or restorations
