In fair condition, lacking most of the spine panel, heavy soil and edgewear to the boards, screws appear to have been added later, heavy creasing and tearing to the first two leaves, including the left side of the title page, pages 1-2 and 3-4 partially split; binding still secure and text is clean and unmarked.
