Description
DESCRIPTION: 10 antique Japanese ceramic sake cups, each depicting the face of a "lucky god". Only three or four of the seven "lucky gods" are present; some are depicted multiple times. Five cups with impressed mark "Japan".
CIRCA: Late 19th - early 20th century
ORIGIN: Japanese
DIMENSIONS: (Approximately) H: 1.25" W: 2" L: 2"
CONDITION: Hairline crack to one cup. Chips to rims of four other cups. Minor chips to rims of two other cup. When placed with the faces facing up, chipped cups still present well.
