North America, United States and Canada, ca. 19th to 20th century CE. A group of 246 fragments of walrus ivory and stone that have been put through a modern rock-tumbler to achieve a beautiful surface luster. Each piece can be modified into attractive jewelry pieces. Size of largest: 5.8" L x 1.4" W (14.7 cm x 3.6 cm)
This is a pre-Act piece of walrus ivory under the MMPA and cannot be sold internationally or to anyone residing in the states of California, Hawaii, Illinois, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, and Washington. We guarantee that the piece was made prior to 1972.
