Western Europe, probably England or France, ca. 18th to 19th century CE. A lovely gold ring showcasing a faceted quartz crystal above a gold filigree monogram with swirling peripheral tendrils, perhaps showing the letters M or W, depending on which way it is observed. Size (ring): 0.41" L x 0.86" W x 0.92" H (1 cm x 2.2 cm x 2.3 cm); (crystal): 0.40" L x 0.34" W (1 cm x 0.9 cm); gold quality: 71.26% (equivalent to 17K+); weight: 3.3 grams; US ring size 8
