George , Was answered every time he called Toys Of Times Past & Craters & Freighters. Craters & Freighters and I had to hang up on George because he was dropping F bombs & cussing at us. No one has ever treated us or the shipper this way in more than 50 years of combined business years. He has done this for many years of doing business with him and it has all been uncalled for every time. Now he decides to leave bogus feedback when he was the first customer to have his items sent to the shipper, packed & shipped out of 225 invoices. We have provided George with everything he asked for but he can not be pleased. The charge he is complaining about is for multiple boxes of large heavy pressed steel toys to be packed & shipped by a third party shipper and sent across the country to Arizona from Ohio.

The battery operated toy worked at time of listing & prior to shipping. It did not work when received but was easily fixed after I spoke with him. He left this feedback before he gave ne the opportunity to resolve the issue.

All items are described accurately for condition and we provide photos of every item from every angle possible. We also provide any additional information or pictures upon request.
