The items usually are sold as they are received from various sources. The item's history is usually unknown, but we will fully disclose all known conditions and features in the description. Items are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Domestic and International shipments are charged at the actual shipping cost only, and we are happy to combine purchases. Terrible shipping. Wood water tower was in pieces when it arrived. Whoever packaged the item did not care at all

They sold defective items They pictures quality very poor. Looks like They took the pictures an old cell phone. Arrogant and rude customer service I’ll be very careful next time....

the description of the items which showed an LGB bridge implied that there was a bridge in it which is the reason why i bid on the items. they should have explained the box was there to hold the items in the picture and did not have the bridge in it. after the auction closed I emailed them to make sure there was a bridge in the box and they responded in had something in it. if i had known it was the items in it that were in the picture i would have told them to throw out the items and not pay to ship them. i only bid on the auction to get the bridge.
