Although shipping costs shocked me, employee worked with me to partially disassemble my item so that packing would be less. I should have called prior to bidding to confirm my understanding of cost was accurate (which it was not!). The only criticism I have is of myself

The whole process of bid, payment and shipped worked well. Communications was good and product arrived as planed.

Had a good transaction. BUT, I do believe ALL these auctioneers need to lower, or get rid of their buying fee's. It's a auction, why should the buyer be punished for buying a product from a auction??? After all, if they didn't have buyers, they wouldn't have a auction in the first place. They get paid from the sellers also, it appears to be a good racket going! I think a lot of people would bid higher if you didn't have to tack on the buyers fee, so that said, it actually takes away from the seller getting more money out of their goods, because you have to think, how much is the buyers fee going to up the price!! Just my humble opinion! But, it is the truth!

Every element of the process was promptly accomplished; from emailing me the invoice, to packing and shipping. Stellar job with packing!!

Bought lots with multiple items. Auction house would not open boxes to describe condition. One item had a post it note that "pieces were missing"-this was not disclosed to me but was visible to the bidders onsite.
