Confirmed before I participated in the auction that New England Book Auctions can handle packing and shipping, and learned that they can. They set up the payment mechanism that worked perfectly for me, notified me of the date of shipping and expected arrival date, and were cordial to talk with when I needed to ask some live questions.

I purchased a Venetian glass piece and contacted the auction house about care in shipping due to particularly fragile nature of such a piece. They packed my ewer with great care, and it arrived safely for me to enjoy for many years. Shipping price was extremely reasonable compared to usual shippers. I would happily buy from this auction house again.
