Shipping was more costly than I expected. I was surprised that the Exchange hadn't made some sort of arrangement for reduced shipping costs. But the UPS shipper did a great job of packaging the paintings and communicated extremely well. The Exchange also was excellent at communicating with us.

This was the first time dealing with the Scottsdale Art Exchange and the local UPS store. Both places were excellent in dealing with me and the art work I won. Their service was professional and they could not do enough to help me get my item. I will hopefully be using them again soon.

I have been pleased with my interactions with this organization over the course of two purchases. They respond to inquiries with accurate and clear information. They often have a huge variety of pieces to choose from, and I'm often tempted to bid on multiple items in one auction. I am pleased with the quality of the products I have received.

The Scottsdale Art Exchsnge has a large collection of paintings from masters of the last 4 decades. I have gotten some terrific deals and the painting gs look fantastic on our walls.

Received my John Baldessari Offset Lithograph and the quality is very poor. As someone who works as a graphic designer, this was clearly printed on an inkjet printer. Also, I purchased a frame to put this in and while it said it was "approximately 14.75 x 17" it is cut at a weird angle and is closer to 18 "long. Lastly, the print itself is not particularly smooth-like it was exposed to water at one time.

Friendly, personable family run gallery. I purchased the most I have gotten in a single place from this auction. They communicated accurately and delivered the paintings in excellent condition. I plan to buy from them again in future auctions. I have already pre-bid on some items.
