We are sorry you feel that way, however we were not rude and we answered your emails, if you can show an example of us being rude in our communications with you than please post them here or are you are stating rude because you didn't get an answer that you like. You state that you are a new bidder however you Attended 208 Auctions, Placed 412 Bids and won 51 or more items (means you have experience on this platform). Our terms on pickup, shipping etc., are clearly written on the auction, on the invoices we send out & on the payment link when you pay your bill. We are sorry that you did not comply with the terms and feel as if they shouldn't apply to you and you felt the need to give a 1 star review and also the need to post untruths however we do appreciate our bidders but please keep in mind we need to run the business based on the terms. Terry I am sorry to hear your feedback however we did not lose one of your items, it was a onsite auction and the consignor accidentally disposed of your item (to no fault of our own). We did offer you a full credit or refund, which you had chosen the refund. We did the best we could for you under the circumstances and you had still left a 1 star review. As far as the item shipping, we do not offer shipping that is why 2 local pack and pickup companies are listed as a courtesy for your benefit. Thank you for your feedback.

Joan I am sorry to hear about your concerns that you wanted to pickup the items before the auction ended when you were bidding online, however we cannot stop the online platform without it being complete. If you wish to take the items when you are done bidding then please attend our live event and we will be happy to cash you out when you are ready to leave. In regard to the 19 % buyers premium when you say we are much higher than the competition please note that buyers premiums vary and we feel as ours are within a reasonable price, some auctions charge much higher as can be seen by just looking at other auctions.
