False description and misleading the consumer, the item is not match with the description. The is print is not painting and I want to refund for my item, because the description said is painting but is printing.

Absolutely unacceptable trading by Apex I am a high volume buyer with invaluable and have just started using your service, they took my payment and after several emails I sent they told me they no longer had the item I paid for. They have either committed fraud or the item has been stolen, I am asking the local police to look into the matter as record. They have now refunded by original payment but I have lost nearly $300-00 usd in fees-Never again
