Having never bid on anything before, I was unsure about the whole shipping thing. I found their price to be fair (as I look around other auction houses others charge way too much) and the item arrived Fed Ex and required a signature.

Packaging and communication with PAG has been an absolute dream to work with. That is making a BIG statement for our business as a Broker. My client's item was handle with so much care. Very impressed with the close communication and quick response. PAG's ability to accommodated my brokers business when dealing with our client was truly amazing. Images seem substantially edited compared with items (eg, ring bands not smooth and rounded as shown) and frankly rings look and feel very chesp like costume jewelry. The ruby ring center stone is very loose and the setting appears to be for a different shape and/or size stone that was loosely placed. Looks very cheap and low quality. Don’t believe the appraisals given in listing. Overall very disappointed, unfortunately one item was my dog hitting the phone right after the other item and I had no idea how to cancel the bid. Very disappointed and expensive mistake.

Picture of the item on the evaluation did not match the actual item. It also said the valuation was done in 2020.

Jasper stayed on top of the shipping and helped me get it delivered to my neighbor since I was not going to be home. There was one stone missing when I received the ring and Jasper was right on top of it, sent a label and will return the ring as soon as it is repaired. Very happy, I would do business again!

If you bid on a lot of auctions as I do it gets confusing when I have to contact third parties to handle the shipping. I prefer auction houses that offer in-house shipping. My experience with this auction house was a good one.

I was beyond satisfied when I received the ring I purchased. The bidding picture did no justice in how gorgeous this ring actually is in person! I'm 1 million percent happy!!!!!

Great service

The Appraisal provided was generic and not specific to the bracelet that I purchased. The similar bracelet is for sale in multiple subsequent auctions but with the exact same appraisal. The appraisal was not unique to the item I purchased. I have concerns about the bidding because the live competing bids ran up until one bid past my maximum bid and then the auction seemed to stall. Shortly after the new winning bid was retracted and my bid became the winner. This seemed to me to be suspicious that the bidding was designed to max out my absentee bid. Upon receipt my non professional opinion of the quality of the bracelet is that it is not worth anything near the retail value stated in the appraisal and although I paid much less than the appraisal I still may have overpaid in my bid.

I love the ring I purchased from Prestige. The quality is fantastic and ring is exactly as promised. I would buy from them again!
