Houston's Auction Barn

We have been involved in the auction business sine 1999. We started out buying and selling at auction all over South East Texas as well as Louisiana. From buying and Selling I graduated to assisting some of my Auctioneer friends in running their Auctions, we ran all types of Auctions. We did benefit auctions, On- Site Auctions, as well as auctions in their auction houses. I did all types of work from taking in items, lotting items, appraising various items as well as some of the mundane tasks such as clerking and cashiering. I even worked the floor as a Ring Man ( Bid Spotter). This served us well for a time but we wanted to become more involved in the auction business. So in 2012 I decided to take the plunge and attend the Blu-Arc Auctioneers Academy in San Antonio Texas. The training there was outstanding I learned other aspects of the auction business that I did not know or was only partially familiar with. I wish to thank the instructors there for all the effort and time they spent helping our class. From there we made Houston’s Auction Barn & Estate Sales into a family run business. Many members of our family participate in our auctions from set up to end of sale.
