The auction items were well described. The auction house did their own packing and shipping at a reasonable cost and timely. Easy to work with and good people.

It took Forever to get an invoice to pay. After I emailed and asked about the invoice they send an invoice. Never answered the email. It took about three weeks for them to cash my check. No packing was used in the box. Since it was a teddy bear no harm was done. They need to speed up the process if they plan on selling on line.

Paid for the won items and never received.

I bought an item from this seller one month ago and still have not gotten any communication from them other than a invoice with no pay option. Email, phone call, liveauctioneer contact emailed still nothing. I am disappointed and dissatisfied. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
