Wallace Carter Schmidt, principal auctioneer with NorthEast Auction Associates Greenfield Center, NY and a contract auctioneer, is conducting auctions in CT, NJ, and NY, including Long Island. An accomplished antique and Oriental rug auctioneer, Schmidt now brings a lifetime (since 1967) of auction experience to real estate. He also does traditional real estate listings. A member of NAA, he held an exhibition at the annual NYSAA meeting and lectured on selling rugs at auction. Schmidt lives with his wife, Judy Turney Schmidt, a retired educator, in Greenfield Center.
