I wish they worked with both UPS and FedX. I wish they charged realistic shipping amounts by offering regular ground shipping and let the customer decide if they want a signature required or not.

The auction, payment and shipping process was fantastic. The condition of the items was not accurate. The wallet I purchased has a broken snap and cannot be closed (no mention in the description or live presentation), the red mini tote had 4 black marks on it (no mention in the description or live auction) and the Bandouliere had mold spots and a musty smell (no mention in the description or live auction). Somewhat disappointing.

A good buying experience with this auction house!
