Terrible packaging. No care was put into shipping a $4, 000 item. My item was damaged during shipping and Pasarel has been unresponsive. Cost me hundreds of dollars to fix. Live Auctioneers has also been slow in responding.

Pasarel is a great auction house to work with. The items are well described and photographed. If you still need additional information they are happy to provide you with more details. The after sales is also correct, on time, and when you have specific requests responsive. Furthermore, the shipman is easy to follow through the local website of the postal service. In in all, a great experience, and the items I was able to obtain in their auctions are great.

Do not purchase ANYTHING from this company. They have not sent me my items that I spent over 5000.00 US dollars …. all along PROMISING to send them. BUYER BEWARE. This has been 7 months and supposedly LIveauctioneers have “stepped up” the investigation. I have yet to hear from Liveauctioneers …. once again …. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

My first auction purchase outside of the US, could not be more happy with the professional and patient replies to my many questions. The auction house did take care of shipping and the item arrived as described, safely packaged and faster than anticipated. Looking forward to work with the Pasarel auction house team in the future.

The painting arrived with part of the frame broken due to inadequate packing

My auction experience with Pasarel was great! They were very responsive to my questions and shipping was fast. I would definitely do business with Pasarel again and highly recommend them.

Auction house was paid for 3 weeks and has still not shipped. I have filed a complaint with Paypal and Live Auctioneers. They are basically stealing money as I've paid for won items and they have not provided tracking or shipping information. They will not respond to emails. This auction house is a sham and I would highly stay away from them. Their practices are shady and they should be avoided at all costs.

That was a tough story. At the moment, tariffs are causing an incredible amount of problems in many countries. My shipment was just sent back even though Pasarel did everything right. In Israel, customs also made trouble again and simply did not release the shipment. Pasarel worked for it for weeks until it finally worked out. Conclusion: Here you can buy something with peace of mind, because the service after the sale is great. Das war eine harte Geschichte. Zur Zeit machen die Z ö lle in vielen L ä ndern unglaublich viele Probleme. Meine Sendung wurde einfach zur ü ck geschickt, obwohl Pasarel alles richtig machte. In Israel hat der Zoll auch wieder Schwierigkeiten gemacht und die Sendung einfach nicht freigegeben. Pasarel hat sich ü ber Wochen daf ü r eingesetzt, bis es endlich klappte. Fazit: Hier kann man beruhigt etwas kaufen, denn der Service nach dem Verkauf ist grossartig.
