my first card got declined for the reason it's expired while this is the card that has quite substantial turnover. Ultimately i provided another card. I bought two posters from them while they didn't manage to get it to the shipping co yet... keep on exchanging meaningless emails-no focus on the customer at all from my point of view.

I am very happy to say I am extremely happy with the nine bids I won thus far. However; please tell me what I insure a piece for if I win a bid for $1, 000 and the estimated value of the art is $12, 000-$15, 000. What do I do Thank you, William W. III

I would like more information on the estimates of some of the art. How are estimates determined and what value do I use for the purpose of insuring a piece of art. For example; submitting a bid of $1, 000 and winning; but the estimated value of the piece is $15, 000. What amount do I insure it for and how do I support the amount; especially if there is no COA or a proof of provenance. Please respond. Thank you, Will

I have duly paid invoices 1664863 and 1676873 on March 1st and March 14th, and can not get any shipment information until now

The item does not appear to be authentic, i. e., the "lithograph" appears to be a photocopy with a fake pencil signature. Not going to bid on anything from this auction house again. Thx.

Haven't been notified by the auction house of shipping details as of yet.

Paid for painting. Appraisal found it it fraudulent. Vendor said they would return money. It has been two weeks and they no longer answer emails or phone calls. I have paid $2750 and I have no refund or painting. I am going to file legal action.

I bought an item early January. to date, early February, I still do not have the item nor an idea when it will be shipped to me. Embarassing! I contacts then and they answered me they still need to pull it out from their warehouse and did not figure out when will they ship it and a what cost. I believe, regrettably, I was cheated. I will never use anymore the site. It is not reliable.

The "lithographs" were color copies with fake signatures

All of the pastels are fakes. I am reporting you to the FBI arts and antiquites division, filing a complaint with the FCC for mail fraud and asking VISA to put you on a warning list. Call me if you want to discuss further. H david

I had reason to return the print and the co. settled with me. Very generous of them.

This art contained a fake signature and was a fake reproduction of the art that I thought I was buying. Very disappointed. I contacted the seller with my concerns, and they agreed not to make me buy the second one that I had purchased by mistake, so that was nice, but considering it was a reproduction, I would not have minded a complete refund ($200 + shipping).
