Hi, I purchased an item that cost $12, 000 + BP, and they will not respond regarding shipping. The item was purchased on Jan 23, paid for by wire on Jan 26 and all I get from them is that they have been away in Florida for the Antique Fair. On the 11th February 2016, they have still not shipped the item. I just noticed that you are about to hold another auction for this company. Other than trying to contact them again, can you please advise me on what to do. Thanks,

Overall, a flawless transaction. They mis-stated the size of one item, but quickly addressed their error by offering me a reduced price on another item they were selling. Very satisfied with their communication.
