One of my favourite Auction Houses. I collect old diecast toys and always find something interesting in an M & M auction. A good reliable auctioneer. Bid with confidence.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Great customer service. Better shipping rates then I can get in the states! I will be back for more! Exceptional

Auction was on June 24th, I paid promptly more my items including shipping and my package arrived on July 14th straight from the postmans hand with a large gapping hole in the box. The box looked like it had been shipped several times prior to having my won items shipped in it. I immediately took photos of the boxes condition before opening and inspecting items. 80 % of the contents were missing. I emailed photos and info to the auction house email on 7/14 asking for assistance with the missing contents. No response. Emailed them again with dissatisfaction in no response. It's now the 19th and I have yet to hear from the auction at all. In total, I have lost over $500 in just won items not including hammer charges and shipping. All I wanted was the courtesy of a response with assistance on how to put in a claim through the courier the auction house used for shipping. I will no longer purchase through M & M Auctions.

Very Reliable Auction House, provide accurate descriptions of lots, opportunity for on-line bidding and the chance to purchase rare vintage toys, etc. Also provide in-house shipping at reasonable cost.

This was my first time dealing with M & M Auctions and consodering that I am from Canada, I was a little hesitant to bid. However, the auction house and family staff were excellent and very responsive to my special request. I will deal with them again without any hedistation.

Took a month and 2 emails to get an invoice. After paying the invoice, another 3 emails and 2 and a half months to get the items I bid on. Will not go to their site again.

M & M auctions would not provide me payment options. I contacted them several times and they said they would send me an invoice which i never received. Finally after the 5th email they told me they sold the item in house at the auction as it was supposedly listed online by accident! Total scam. I won the item fairly and they refused to sell to me as i was the only bidder! Never dealing with these guys again!

Everything was great. I love my items. The Auction Company was fantastic. Prompt, courteous, and & efficient.

NO! PLEASE DO SHARE MY REVIEW WITH M & M AUCTIONS!!!! I WANT THEM TO READ THIS! I won 4 auctions with M & M on May 27. When I signed up to bid, I was instructed that there were certain rules that I needed to follow and likewise there were certain rules that M & M would follow. The rules instructed me that I would be contacted within 3 business days with info on how to proceed. It is now June 13. I have tried to contact M & M about 25 times to pay and get my items shipped to me. My emails were never annswered. I talked to Brian with Liveauctions in Dallas. He said the best he could do for me was to give me Andy Ebbage's email address with M & M. It came back to me as an invalid address. I couldn't believe that LiveAuction could put their name on this yet fail to help me get any resolution! This has been the biggest purchasing hoax I have ever encountered! So UNPROFESSIONAL! I honestly believe that M & M feels like they can resell the items I won for more money than I won them for so they are just ignoring me as they know I'm not going to fly to England to try and claim a few hundred dollars worth of stuff! M & M are scammers! Period! Please let as many people as possible read this review! Scammers should always be exposed! PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE PRESIDENT OF M & M AUCTIONS READS THIS REVIEW!!!! They did not send me invoice for items won. They did not respond to any of my emails. I still don't have a way to get the items I won. They haven't asked for any payment.

The whole process was very easy and straight forward, and as I had never used such an online site before I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent service provided by live auctioneers and m & m models, thank you so much, will be using this site again in the future!!
