TO MUCH TROUBLE WITH TO MANY RELEASE FORMS THAT NEED TO BE RETURNED AND COMPLETED BY BUYER. THIS ITEM TOOK A LONG TIME BECAUSE OF ALL OF THE FORMS THAT NEEDED TO BE RETURNED TO RELEASE ITEMS TO SHIPPER.

The Auction house do not have the item they sell. After I paid the money, they didn’t contact me for a long time, and make the process of shipping very difficult. The shipping company which they design is also the worst I have met. After the shipping company picked up the item, the company double the shipping price. It took over six months that finally I got my item. I at least sent over 20 mails to the auction house and 20 mails to the shipping company in this period. Both of them seldom reply my mail. Answer to customers is auction house’s duty. Extremely bad experience.

After receiving the winning notice, the auction house refused to send me the invoice. They said it was a “clerk error,” and without additional explanation the auctioneer closed the bid.
