The auction house was helpful, prompt and polite. They connected me with a shipper and the entire experience was seamless. From auction day to delivery day it was a little over two months. Export permits from the Ministry of Culture take about thirty working days. They let me know about the timeline for the export process so I knew what to expect. Thank you for your help and I would bid again.

Item was misdescribed, shipping took forever, fees I've never heard of before from any other seller kept piling up. Nothing about my experience was satisfactory in any way.

Item as described, fast shipping, helpful team

This was the first time I participated in one of Finarte 'auctions. The experience was very successful. It was great to work with in all aspects of the process. I greatly appreciated all of their help and professionalism.

Took my money and never sent my shipping quote or merchandise. Totally unresponsive. Buyer beware, not a good place to buy.

Purchase paid by wire transfer on Nov. 25, shipping paid by wire transfer on Dec. 2 and no shipment made as of today! None is responsible at Finarte!!! Utterly disappointing and unprofessional.

Difficult to deal with

A week after I was certified as the highest bidder for an item by LiveAuctioneers, I was contacted by this unprofessional auction house that for some undisclosed reason someone else had placed a higher bid and therefore I woudn't be able to purchase my item …

I would not recommend it to anyone!! The object turned out not to be silver! Even though I complained several times, it didn't help solve the problem! He cheated, I lost hundreds of euros!!!

Pick-up location kept changing and communication not great in that respect, but generally auction house were OK
