Questions go unanswered, no communication. Won a lot and not shipped several weeks later. Horrible autioneer.

Looks like this seller has ripped me and a number of your other customers off. Live Auctioneers continued to let him trade after a lot of complaints of non-delivery and non-communication which resulted in a larger number of ripped off customers than necessary as far as I'm concerned. Going through the tedious process of trying to get my money back now.

I have NOT received my item. Emails and phone calls get no response. VERY, VERY dissatified.

They never responded to my three emails about payment... I never received what I won on the auction, I felt as though I was scammed. please contact me at ********** I can only imagine if it was the other way around, they would be chasing me!

I bid on a watch and received notice that I won. However following my request for information on payment, I was contacted by Churchill and advised that the Internet failed and as a result my winning bid on the no reserve item was too low and that item was not available for my purchase. I think that a more satisfactory resolution was possible and desirable. J R

They shipped the wrong item and have not responded to any communication so I have had to resort to filing a Paypal dispute. Very dissatisfied and has turned me off from using live auctioneers.

They sent the wrong item the Rocky Balboa Sylvester Stallone autograph I have yet to receive it and I have called and emailed everyday sense receiving the wrong item and have yet to get an answer

Yes I never got stuff and they did not respond to my emails. Terrible experience!

I bought two watches on the August 4, 2015 auction; Lots 10059 and 10310. I paid for both on August 5. They shipped only Lot 10310. They do not return any phone calls and their email address is void. I think I got screwed, and you may feel free to share this with them.

I have not received the Pete Rose 11x14 Lithograph Facsimile Signature Framed I won at auction. There is currently a dispute on PayPal for this item.

They sent me an invoice almost immediately the sale had finished, which I paid with reciprocity. Sadly, the reciprocity ended there. Despite promises to the contrary, I have no shipping number and as yet no item. I have had to resort to raising a dispute with Paypal, to which they have not responded. Based on my negative experience AVOID! Sadly, as this was my first experience of purchasing withliveauctioneers.com it will be my last. NEVER AGAIN!! Ever. Please feel free to share my comments and impose such sanctions as within the scope of your ability.

my account was charged, but I have not received my item. I emailed several times and no response. To this day, I have not received the item I purchased. This was a scam, and I feel I wont get my money back or get the item I purchased. The Churchill House are nothing close to deceiving thieves. Not sure I will be using Auctioneers again

I think you should know when to expect the package especial when your charge a $15.00 shipping fee for a card, and when you live in the United States and the items is located in the USA. The communication with the seller is awful non, and your company only response on my second request.
