This auction house does not have its act together... I won a bid... paid for the item... only to find out that the item was sold to someone else... and to add further insult it took days for them to refund my money... BAD BUSINESS

I thought it was very difficult to use, and once it went live I could not get in it took me somewhere else. Not happy with the company at all.

I called them and made my payment over the phone. We discussed shipping and she said that she would take care of it and put the charge on my credit card. I have never received my purchase. I sent an email two weeks ago and they never responded. I don't know what else I am supposed to do.

Yes, I've phoned them 4 times and they still haven't mailed my stuff! They took my money the next day and won't send my items!
