They never shipped my item. I lost over $4, 000.

still won't answer my phone calls or even respond to calls or emails. would like some help on your end, before I contact BBB! SPIDER

auction of 11/17/2015 1st they demanded payment by bank transfer for ($177.99) 2nd they do not return phone calls 3rd item has been paid for over a month 4th won't respond to emails either 5th any longer with this I contact the BBB SPIDER

Was sent the wrong item after 28 days of waiting and emailing back and forth (I think this was on purpose, so I was over the 30 days to get my money back). Sent it back and they sent the item ordered, Kinda.. What was in the picture and what I ordered looked like night and day. The ring I received looked like the stone was cut with a butter knife. I was to emberressed to give to my wife as a gift it looked so bad. So told her about it and showed it to her.. She laughed and said thats sweet, Hope you can get your money back.. I have emailed Big Rock a few times and no response.. I got took of this deal!!! Well my 6 year old daughter has a nice 450.00 costume jewelry ring now I guess....... Be aware before buying from Big Rock Auctions!!!!

I talked to the representative twice to e mail me the pay request and.. Nothing. After that I left several messages on their voicemail and still no response. Perhaps they do NOT want to sell me the item I have won in their auction. Next time I'll see any auction by this company I will ignore it

Item paid for and not shipped. Will not respond to my emails. Will file complaint with BBB. Have email live auctioneers without response.

Refuse to answer my emails. Auction in November. Item paid for within 24 hours ($750). Item not received yet. WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS AUCTION HOUSE AGAIN.

very dissatisfied with A BIG ROCK AUCTION on item # 78107 from auction on Oct 27th! I made a mistake even bidding on their auction of Nov 17th item # 56399

I have not been able to speak with anyone from auction house. Its been over 4 weeks and i have not heard a thing about when my item will be shipped or where it even is. I have sent multiple emails and left messages on the number listed on liveauctioneers. Not a single person has responded to me. Please help me contact big rock auctions!? I have sent payment of over 500 ! I am completely unsatisfied with every part of this deal. I hope this message ends up in the hands of someone who can help. ********************.

I have never received my ring and I paid over $400 for it! They don't respond and when they do answer their phone, they say they have to call you back but never do. They sent a shipping notice but it is just a notice but it has never been shipped. It left a very bad taste in my mouth about online auctions. I got ripped off by this company!!!!!
