Bidder Reviews for Anderson Auctions (1)

Hello, I have used other on line auction services and this one was not as user friendly. I do not know where the problem was, I suspect it was local, but there was a network/computer failure during the live auction process and 1 or more of my quotes was lost or not communicated. The result was at least one item that did not see my bid and was sold for $150 less than my max bid. I also tried to call in during the live auction and could not reach the auction house.
