We purchased three pieces and each was exactly as described and photographs were reflective of the piece which is so critical for the trust when buying online. The delivery was flawless and so well packed. Excellent experience highly recommended house.

I'm relatively new to online bidding, but I found ECFA to be easy to navigate, the descriptions very good and the shipping and packaging first rate. When I emailed a question regarding a delay in shipping, I received an immediate explanation and apology from the company owner. This certainly impressed me, and my purchase arrived in less than a week.

Ok overall. Experience was with what appears to be a startup venture. No real professional.

Seems to be a relatively new auction house, however, I received a call from the owner after my winning bid, thanking me for my participation, letting me know that I would receive an invoice within a couple of days. Very quick shipment after the auction house received my payment.

I emailed the auction house twice to get a description on the piece I was bidding on they never returned my email the piece was represented as an artifact I believe it is a modern copy. I paid $150 for a $20 copy
