Time and again is the greatest auction house!!!!

We have a tax certificate, but any auction house we deal with through your service has to manually remove the tax because your service generated invoices with tax, even for buyers with a tax certificate. It would be nice if you gave your auction houses a way to generate invoices without tax instead of having their customers wait at time of pickup, until they manually remove the tax.

Shipping is always a problem. Way too expensive.

Jeff Zimmerman-The owner; is a decent, hard working man. They make an attempt to identify damage to an item before it gets listed. Not like some auction companies that try to stick you with damaged items, while hiding behind the legal loop holes, that allow auction companies to misrepresent what their selling, and legally get away with it. These auctions don't want to deal with the people; they just want to take their money.......... and yes-they have made lots of it-thanks to online auctions! (You are the governing body) Without liveauctioneers, most auction companies would be out of business. I would never use invaluable, and do my best to persuade others to do the same-I would love to see the Invaluable Company up For Sale on e-bay some day...... Thank You for caring about People-The others just care about $$

DAKS did a nice job shipping-the painting was well packed-and when then finally shipped it out it was here very quickly. However, it took 10 after I paid for shipping for them to actually give it to UPS. And, that only happened after I called DAKS to inquire about the status of the shipment. So, while I was very pleased with my auction experience with Time & Again, the shipping could have been quicker.

I’ve always had a good experience working with this auction house, and regularly choose to buy from them.

Having run an Ecommerce company, and having seen both fedex and ups rate schedules and actual rate contracts... I am often outraged at how much the shipping companies are making off these transactions. I think their profit margin-and gross profit dollars-far exceed what the auction houses are making. Unless there’s a kickback for recommending just one shipper....?

I solicited a shipping estimate from another vendor (ups store). For whatever reason, the auction house released my goods to this vendor without express consent. It all worked out but it diminished my shipping options and might not work well for others.

3 weeks... I do not have my items! They insisted we used Daks Global... Horrible.. I emailed the Auction house today re: Shipping and told them I would never use the shipper again and they should try the UPS Stores. We live in an Amazon World.. we expect next day service... and I am happy to pay for it.. So I am happy to retake this if and when my items arrive. I am a weekly user of Live Auctions... this is disappointing.

Not auction houses fault but Daks Global did damage item while in transit. Would have appreciated more high res photos of items.

house wanted me to send my credit details via e mail as I had not bid with them before which is a no no I had to ring them in end to register I thought they were a mickey mouse outfit

We have decided not to buy from this auction because of the shipping prices

paypal's glitches seem to pervade all the auction houses.

Auction designated shipping companies tend to be expensive, every time I have to consult 3-4 delivery company quotes and choose the lowest bid, but he still like pirate ships greedy profiteering. Sometimes shipping is much more expensive than the artwork, so I had to reduce the purchase price of goods low.

The auction house gave my item to a shipping shop before I agree with their quote.
