Just found out this coin was fake. it is not real gold. had to take it out of holder and get it tested. and it was fake!

I placed a bid on a ring that was supposed to be in new condition to then discover that the ring had two visible cracks going across the entire surface of the center stone (these cracks were not visible in the photos). In addition to the cracks there were scratches and nicks all across the surface and sides of the center stone. Another thing I would like to mention is I ended up paying additional fees and taxes of 46 % of the price I paid for the item I won which included processing fees on top of the 18 % premium paid to the auction house and almost $200 for shipping for a ring. The worst part of this matter was this auction house's lack of responsiveness when I contacted them with my concerns. I emailed them several times clearly expressing my concerns and they would not even respond to my email. They were very responsive to my questions before the bidding process but would not even acknowledge me after-extremely unprofessional. Bottom line-steer clear of this auction house.

The ring was just as described. It actually looked better in person. A shout out to Tara who went out of her way to expedite shipping. I will definitely be buying more. A + +

The process to pay for shipping was slow and required me to email them. The communication was poor. After payment no communication for a week. Left me wondering where my item was. I did finally receive it. I am pleased with the bracelet not the service and shipping.

For a $2000 ring I paid $100 to ship and it took about 3.5 weeks to receive it. Would I buy again? Yes. Be patient

I won, paid for and was awaiting my order. Finally, called their office and they said they sold it to someone else and was already shipped. The woman told me she would check to see if there was anything comparable to the ring I won and paid for. She never got back to me. I sent an email and requested a refund. Crummy deal!

I bid on a number of auction sites, and my biggest "beef" is when a product being sold is deceptively presented. What I can say about Confiscated Assets Auctioneers is that they are a great auction house. My bracelets and rings that I've recently purchased are absolutely gorgeous, as represented by them. No surprises. The entire process from showing the items, the bid, purchase and delivery was very professional. I am so pleased! I will definitely look forward to future auctions.

Products were as described, and even better looking in person. Items hit delivery snags due to the inclement weather we recently experienced, but came through nonetheless.

I bought a ruby ring that was described as a natural ruby. The gem report did not reveal that it was glass filled. I called a few days ago to see what can be done. I was met with some resistance and then I was told that I would get a call back shortly. I’m still waiting for that call. It is deceptive to just say “natural ruby,” without saying it was glass filled. I want to return it for a full refund.
