You did not receive your item because you never paid for it’s shipping. You purchased this lot at the August 14 auction, but did not pay right away. We sent you 3 invoices through the system, and contacted personally via email on Aug 23, then Aug 25, trying to collect the $45/bid payment. We agreed to accept your late payment on 27th of August, week after the due day, just because we don't want to hurt your buying ability on Liveauctioneers platform by reporting you as a non-paying bidder. Then, even though our employees ’ time is not worth dealing with such a small bid amounts, we contacted the shipper on your behalf, who sent you a $16 shipping invoice # 73075 on Aug 30th, and then a reminder on Sept 8th. On Sep 10th the shipper canceled this $16 invoice due to non-payment. While we kept ourselves busy in order to provide you with a cheap and easy shipping option you never contacted us with any pick up or shipping instructions, but just left a 2 star rating. This is not the first unfair feedback we received, but every time we are still amazed how some customers can be so rude and shameless. Please don't be surprised that we won't be able to provide any further special assistance, but rather need to stick to our policy including the late payment fees and ability to report you as a problem customer.

As we had said in all of our previous responses to your emails, we did not overwrite your bid. You simply were not the winning bidder on this item. During the live auction on the Live Auctioneers platform you are able to see in real time who is actually winning and increase your bid if you really want to buy something. However, you keep insisting that you won this lot, even though all the records show the opposite. Your account was blocked and bids were canceled because we consider false accusations and failure to accept our policies bad faith behavior and just can't endlessly argue over a $10 purchase.

Sorry to hear about the damages. We understand your frustration. However, we cannot understand why instead of contacting us immediately upon receipt of your poster in damaged condition you quietly waited for 3 weeks just for a chance to give us a bad rating. Is this really what satisfies you more than a refund? Unfortunately we have no control over USPS. We did not deliver this poster, nor pack it for you. We just sold it in condition as it was pictured and described. Regarding the damages in shipping we contacted the shipping company which you chose, which seems to more properly address your concern. We will support your decision not to buy from us anymore, your account has been blocked.

We are not sure that we understand the nature of your concern. A list of recommended shippers was sent to you on December 29, 2020, as soon as you paid for your purchase. We also had a shipper send you a complimentary quote the same day. On January 7, 2021, we did not have any response from you nor instructions and sent you a friendly reminder email. Once you paid the invoice on January 8, 2020, your lot was mailed the same day, fully insured, and according to the tracking information was delivered on January 15, 2020. Even as a new customer to the Live Auctioneers platform, we hope you understand that the feedback forum can be a useful tool to improve customer service or to provide an accurate description of your experience, but not as a place for public insults.
